This policy says what information SipStaff (Connexa House LLC) collects, why, and who we share it with.

What we collect

• Account: your mobile number, your name, and your email if you give it or sign in with Google.
• Talent profiles: your resume, services, areas, availability, photos, social handles, and any optional details you choose to add (for example height, shirt size, birthday or gender).
• Clients: your company name, contact name, email and the jobs you post.
• Activity: job applications, bookings, messages and reviews.
• Device and usage: pages visited, clicks and session recordings through our analytics tool, and basic technical data such as your browser and IP address.

How we use it

• To sign you in and keep your account secure.
• To show talent profiles to clients, and job details to talent.
• To text you sign-in codes and messages about your jobs.
• To read your resume and draft your profile for you.
• To run, fix and improve SipStaff, and to keep people safe.

Who we share it with

• Other users: when you apply for a job, the client sees your profile. When you are booked, the client and you can message each other.
• Service providers who work for us: Twilio (text messages), OpenAI (reading resumes), PostHog (analytics), Google (if you sign in with it), and our hosting provider.
• The law: when the law requires it, or to protect someone's safety.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with any third party for their marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while your account is open. When you close your account, we delete it or make it anonymous, except records the law requires us to keep.

Your choices

• Edit your profile at any time.
• Ask us for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it.
• Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. See the SMS terms.

Age

SipStaff is for people aged 21 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.
